Slurp It is a family-run Vietnamese kitchen and bubble tea bar in the heart of Thunder Bay. We bake our baguettes through the morning, wok-toss noodles to order, and shake every milk tea fresh.
We opened Slurp It in 2026 with a simple goal: bring the bold, fresh flavors we grew up with to Thunder Bay. Every banh mi starts with a baguette we bake that morning — crusty outside, airy inside — then gets packed with pickled carrot and daikon, fresh cilantro, cucumber, jalapeño, and your choice of meat or tofu.
Our bubble tea bar is just as serious. We keep more than 30 flavors in rotation, from classic milk tea and Pea flower to seasonal fruit slushes. Every drink is shaken to order so the ice, sweetness, and pearls hit just right.
English, Tiếng Việt, and a little French welcome at the counter — pull up a stool, grab a straw, and slurp it.
