A Vietnamese noodle bowl is more than one dish — it is a whole family of textures, sauces and proteins. At Slurp It in Thunder Bay we serve two of the most-loved wok styles: wok-tossed egg noodles and broad rice-noodle drunken bowls. Here is how to tell them apart and pick your favourite.

Garlic Noodles (Mì Tỏi)

Stir-fried egg noodles with carrots, napa cabbage, baby bok choy and onions in a fragrant garlic sauce.

Drunken Noodles (Mì Xào Cay)

Broad rice noodles stir-fried with carrots, napa cabbage, baby bok choy and onions in a tangy ginger sauce.

Prefer rice over noodles? The Szechuan Salad Bowl can be made with rice instead of noodles. Every noodle bowl is made to order and can be made vegetarian, just ask.
