Use of the site

The site is provided for information about our menu, hours, and location. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

Menu, pricing, and availability

We try to keep menu items, prices, and hours accurate, but everything is subject to change without notice. Items may be unavailable due to ingredient supply. The version shown on our in-store menu and on our ordering partner is the source of truth at the time of order.

Orders

Online ordering is provided by a third party (Just The Menu). When you place an order through them you also agree to their terms. Orders are prepared as soon as we receive them; please review item details (size, allergens, modifications) before submitting.

Allergens

Our kitchen prepares dishes with wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, shellfish, eggs, milk, and fish. We can't guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have an allergy, please tell us in person so we can do our best to help.

Intellectual property

The Slurp It name, logo, photos, and site content are owned by Slurp It or used with permission. You may not reproduce them without our consent, except for normal browser caching and personal, non-commercial sharing.

Third-party links

The site links to third parties (e.g. Google Maps, Facebook, Just The Menu). We're not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slurp It is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect that.
